Our secondary mission, aside from bringing women together to experience the arts, is to support and amplify the voices of female-identifying artists! We believe that there certainly have been many great women artists through history, and there continue to be many working today —
but we recognize that the path is often harder for artists who don’t fit the white, male mold.

We also believe that all artists have something to say — and we want to hear and share the stories behind your work!

"I met Alexandra thanks to her club and she kindly featured my work on her blog. We kept in touch and in March 2020 we had planned to organize an event together at the occasion of the Affordable Art Fair New York. Due to the lockdown, we had to cancel and I was very impressed by the reactivity of Alexandra who organized a virtual studio visit through Zoom. It gave me an opportunity to connect with new art lovers, many of whom were outside of New York and would not have been able to attend the Art Fair. The event was professional yet in a relaxed atmosphere and I had great feedback about it. It even led me to be interviewed about the experience on a podcast for artists."

“Alex is a dynamo! She is very on top of things and takes care of every little detail to make her events truly stand out. As an organizer, Alex is thoughtful about her audience and what will resonate with them the most. She has a strong network that she draws from to create unique cultural experiences that feel accessible and welcoming to both members and newcomers. I participated as a vendor at the I Am Woman event and was very impressed with how she brought together different mediums and made it all feel cohesive around the theme. My planning calls with her were very productive and she followed up quickly, which is always appreciated! At the event, she checked in several times to make sure everything was running smoothly. Although it was my first event with Women of Culture, I felt very much like I was part of the community. I'm looking forward to the next gathering!”
