Refunds/ Event Ticket Transfers for non Art-full members

Generally, all payments are final and non-refundable, unless an event is cancelled by the organizer.

In some cases, the cost of a ticket may be transferred to a future Women of Culture event with at least 1 week’s notice IN WRITING via email to alex@womenofculture.org. Ticket transfer requests will be reviewed by Art-full LLC (‘the Company’) on a case-by-case basis, and the Company reserves the right to deny ticket transfer requests at their discretion. Transfer/refund requests received verbally or by text message will not be honored.

Attendees may re-sell their ticket or spot at an event to another female-identifying member of the Women of Culture community with at least 48 hours notice. Event organizer must be notified of the ticket transfer at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise Artfull LLC reserves the right to deny the usage of the transferred ticket.


Refunds/ Event Ticket Transfers for Art-full members

Art-full members whose membership dues are up-to-date are eligible to transfer an event ticket with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Ticket transfer requests must be reviewed by Art-full LLC (‘the Company’) on a case-by-case basis, but every effort will be made to transfer tickets for all Art-full members, and/or process any applicable refunds. Please reach out to Alex at alex@womenofculture.org with any requests. Transfer/refund requests received verbally or by text message will not be honored.

The same re-sale policy as above applies for Art-full members.


Refunds/ transfers for Weekend of Culture trips

Generally, all payments are final and non-refundable, unless an event is cancelled by the organizer. Attendees may request to re-sell their ticket or spot on a trip to another female-identifying member of the Women of Culture community - only if requested in writing to alex@womenofculture.org with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice.

Artfull LLC (‘the Company’) reserves the right to deny the usage of the transferred trip/spot if replacement attendee doesn’t identify as a woman, isn’t a pre-existing member of the Women of Culture community or isn’t able to abide by the guidelines of the trip. Transfer/refund requests received verbally or by text message will not be honored.

With at least 2 weeks’ written notice, Art-full members may be eligible to transfer trip payment toward a future experience, minus a $100 change fee. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the Company reserves the right to deny trip refund/transfer requests even to Art-full members.


Refunds/ transfers for the Sisterhood of Discovery

All payments for the Sisterhood of Discovery women’s circle are final and non-refundable. They may not be transferred to any other person other than the one who was accepted in and invited to book the program.

Art-full members may be allowed to transfer their payment to a future edition of the circle, or apply 1/2 of the payment toward a future event or trip, at the discretion of Art-full LLC (‘the Company’), but these requests must be reviewed in writing on a case-by-case basis, and the Company reserves the right to deny Sisterhood refund/transfer requests even to Art-full members.
