The day before (the oft-dreaded) Valentine’s Day has come to be known as a day for "ladies celebrating ladies,” and this event is all about showering ourselves and our gal-pals with love, support and attention. Especially during this crazy time in the world, it is more important than ever that we take care of ourselves and our girlfriends, first and foremost, and this event is designed to help you do just that!

You will be treated to 4 different mini-workshops, all designed to help you bring some self-care and sisterhood into your life. This will not be your average zoom call! Expect opportunities to meet fellow attendees, share, learn new things about yourself and your fellow attendees and move!

Sessions include:

  • A guided meditation and invocation of self-love led by Meditation & Conscious Leadership Expert, Yuri Dhara

  • An interactive workshop on self-love practices with certified Life Coach, Hannah Keith

  • Permission for Pleasure workshop with the Working Woman's Pleasure Guide, Cailin McDuff

  • Soul Dance, a sacred movement class for self-healing with Transformational Coach, Star Edwards (NO dance experience needed - you are enough)

  • Would like to generate more calm, peace and presence in their lives

  • Feels disconnected from themselves or others

  • Needs a little soul nourishment during this difficult time

  • Wants to meet fellow art-full women who are interested in personal development and growth

She’s passionate about community and supporting women as they awaken to their true self and align to whatever a truly fulfilling and purposeful life means to them. She’s no stranger to a life of “shoulds” and was far down the path of seeking academic & professional achievements before she finally surrendered to her own spiritual journey of learning to love her true self and surrendering to life. She can’t wait to gather with you all on Galentine’s Day!

Cailin McDuff , known as the “Working Woman’s Pleasure Guide,” helps overworked, stressed out women who are spending too much time in their heads slow down and get into their bodies so that they can live lives that are based in desire and pleasure. She’s the creator of Cocoon, The Fully Embodied Feminine Experience, which helps women let go, live joyfully, and be bright again. She’s also the host of Any Way You Want It, a podcast where she creates fresh, edgy conversations about sex, relationships, and life.
